Ms Rita Hardy from Essex, UK won the jackpot while playing bingo at her local bingo hall. Rita, who is a janitor, cleaned up at the bingo to the tune of £23,000 while playing at the Seven Bingo Club in Eastbourne, Essex.

An 83 year old woman was out playing bingo when she had the good fortune of a $1,000 win, which she split with a friend but her good fortune turned to bad when the elderly bingo player was robbed on her doorstep as she was putting her key in the door.
